Refund policy

The guarantee

Once your album is delivered, you have 7 days to decide it's not for you and ask for a full refund — no conditions, no questions asked. This is in addition to any rights you already have under Australian Consumer Law, which this policy doesn't limit.

How to ask

Just email us at hello@giftofyesterday.com and let us know you'd like a refund. If something about the album wasn't right, we'd love to hear what you had in mind first, in case there's a quick fix — but that's entirely optional, and asking for a straight refund is always fine.

How long it takes

We process refunds through Stripe as soon as we hear from you. From there it's typically a few business days for the money to reach you, depending on your bank.

The free sample

There's nothing to refund on a free sample, because there's never anything to pay — it's genuinely free, with no card details taken.
