The free sample

One photograph, animated, at no cost — one per email address. There's no payment anywhere in this flow and no card details are ever asked for. We review every sample by hand and may decline a photograph that's too damaged, too small, or otherwise not workable; if that happens we'll tell you why.

Album orders

An album is a fixed number of photographs (10, 25 or 50, depending on the size you choose) turned into short animated clips and joined into a single video. Payment is taken once, upfront, through Stripe, before you send your photographs — there's no subscription and nothing to cancel.

After payment you'll get a private link by email for sending your photographs and a line about each one. You can add to it at your own pace until we begin work; we'll let you know by email when we've started.

The work itself

We look at every photograph before we start. We animate each one using Higgsfield, an outside animation service, guided by any notes you've sent. Where a photograph has glare, dust or is very small, we clean it up gently with the same service first (our privacy page explains what that means for your photographs). We check every clip ourselves, redo any that don't look right, and then put your album together. Typical turnaround once we have all your photographs is 3 days — usually faster for smaller albums, occasionally longer if a photograph needs extra care. We'll email you the finished album; there's nothing to install and nothing to log in to.

Very occasionally a photograph is too damaged, too low-resolution, or otherwise not usable. If that happens we'll get in touch before finishing the album to talk through it with you rather than silently leaving it out.

Your photographs and your album

The photographs are yours, and they stay yours — sending them to us doesn't transfer any ownership or give us any rights beyond what's needed to make your album. The finished album is yours too, to keep and share with your family however you like.
