What happens after you pay

    Straight away, by email. Upload from your phone or computer and, if you like, add a note to any photo: who is in it, and what you would love to see move.

  2. We look at every photo

    Before we start, we look at each one and read your notes. The movement follows what you tell us, so it feels like them.

  3. We bring each one to life

    If a clip looks wrong, we redo it. A memory, not a trick.

  4. Your album arrives

    Within 3 days of receiving your photos, as one film to play on the TV, hand over at the table, or send to the whole family.
